The Media House Incubator, affiliated to the Chaire Media & Digital  which is a center of excellence for digital technology, is dedicated to training media managers and to their innovations. THE MEDIA HOUSE Incubator benefits from the expertise and recognized know-how of ESSEC Ventures, which has supported nearly 400 companies since its creation. The incubator is also backed by the highly specialized experience of Media Maker, accelerating innovative media projects with high editorial added value and which has been awarded the “Grande École du Numérique” label. This incubator is designed to create media that meet society’s new needs by encouraging the young generation to seize the tools of entrepreneurship and the opportunities offered by new technologies.

THE MEDIA HOUSE’s objective is to accompany start-ups with vision and innovative proposals for the media for 12 months.

The new incubator THE MEDIA HOUSE offers 360° support from these three complementary players – ESSEC Media & Digital Chaire, ESSEC Venture and MEDIA MAKER – to around ten young companies per year.

High-level and specialized training deployed by Essec and Media Maker, individualized support and the availability of partner networks will ensure the best conditions for long-term projects and the sustainability of startups.


Applications are open to all media startups. The selection criteria are based on innovation, whether editorial, technological or in the business model.
